The phenomena Aurora Borealis.

This shot was captured in Nordreisa, Troms, Norway this January.

It's such a good feeling chasing this phenomena with something warm in your thermos during cold evenings:)

There is a definite feeling that seeing this in person must have been truly breath-taking. *torivarn's The Northernlights of Norway is an extraordinary sight to see, the colours really making this profound with the way purple contrasts with green which contrasts with the blue and blackness of the magnificent sky in turn. looks great! it's a kinda typical perspective on the scenery isn't it? i mean: most of the pics of auroras are taken out of a perspective like that; i think so because when i looked through some calendar with auroras as topic mosta the shots had a perspective like this ^^
